Privacy Policy for TennisDraw

Overview

TennisDraw ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application that allows users to predict tennis tournament outcomes and compete with friends. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

No Gambling, Betting, or Cash Prizes

TennisDraw is a free social tennis prediction game for entertainment purposes only. The app does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, cash prizes, sportsbook features, or rewards with monetary value. Users earn in-app points only, and those points cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or anything of value.

Picks, Scores, Groups, and Leaderboards

TennisDraw stores your display name, bracket picks, match predictions, scores, group memberships, and chat messages so you can participate in tournament groups, standings, and leaderboard features. Your display name, picks, scores, rank, and leaderboard position may be visible to other users in the same group and, when applicable, leaderboard views after picks are locked. This information is used only to operate the app's social prediction features.

Information We Collect

• Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely and encrypted; we never have access to your plaintext password).
• Your Predictions and Activity. We store the bracket picks and match predictions you make within the app, along with your scores, group memberships, and chat messages within private groups you join.
• Push Notification Tokens. If you enable notifications, we collect a device token to send you alerts about tournament draws, lock times, and score updates. You can disable this at any time in the app's settings.
• Usage Data. We may collect basic technical information such as device type and app version to help us maintain and improve the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information, as TennisDraw does not currently process any payments. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to operate the app's core features: account authentication, displaying your picks and scores, enabling group competitions and chat, and sending optional notifications. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

TennisDraw uses Supabase to provide backend infrastructure, including authentication, data storage, and real-time features. We use a third-party tennis data provider to retrieve match results, player information, and tournament data; this provider does not receive any of your personal account information.

Data Sharing

Your bracket picks and scores may be visible to other members of private groups you join, and in some cases on a global leaderboard, but only after a tournament locks — your picks are never visible to other users before that point. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@neurowavelabs.com. We will delete your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

TennisDraw is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
