Delete Your Account
Users can request deletion of their TennisDraw account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@neurowavelabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your TennisDraw account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your bracket picks and match predictions
- Your pool memberships and chat messages
- Your notification preferences
Data retention
All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymised aggregate scoring data (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained for internal analytics purposes.
